Bailorders.com publishes bail orders and court-based summaries derived from publicly available judicial records. The website does not comment on guilt or innocence and exists solely for informational purposes. The Bailorders.com provides for repository of bail orders passed by Indian Courts. The website also contains Blogs derived out of the bail orders and Legal Articles concerning exclusive domain of bail.
B. What De-indexation Means
1. The Technical Mechanism
When a page is de-indexed, instructions are sent to search engine “crawlers” (automated bots that map the web). This is typically achieved through:
- Noindex Tags: A piece of HTML code (

Requests for de-indexation without a court order may be considered purely at the discretion of Bailorders.com on case to case basis.
- Voluntary De-indexation is not a right.
- Approval is not automatic and may be refused without reasons.
- De-indexation, if approved, does not remove or alter the content.
- Consequence of De-indexation only means that the URL is deindexed from the Google/Bing/Yahoo or similar search engines. The Link will continue to remain on the bailorders.com website.
Factors that may be considered include (illustrative only):
- Subsequent acquittal or quashing of proceedings
- Closure of case
- Passage of time
- Nature of the offence
5. Payment of Costs of De-Indexation directly to Vendor (Voluntary Requests Only)
In cases of voluntary de-indexation basis request from the third party:
Any applicable fee is strictly towards technical and third-party website maintenance services. Bailorders.com does not receive any payment. Bailorders.com does not offer paid content removal or reputation management services.
The Bailorders.com upon approval of the request shall connect the Requisitonist to the Vendor of Bail Order website who maintains and manages the bailorders.com website.
6. What Bailorders.com Does Not Do:
Bailorders.com does not:
- delete judicial records without court orders
- negotiate de-indexation terms
- guarantee outcomes
- alter court documents
- accept payment for suppression of content
7. No Admission of Liability:
Grant or refusal of de-indexation:
- does not imply illegality or error,
- does not amount to admission of wrongdoing,
- is a technical and discretionary action only.
The URL Deindexation Policy shall be read, understood and interpreted along with Terms of Service, Order Removal Policy and Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with competent courts of Nashik in India.

The Requistionist will be asked to fill up the formal written request before request for URL De-indexation can be considered or entertain.
