:ORDER:
Applicant/accused has moved the instant application for
grant of bail.

Accused is apprehended under Section 7 of the Prevention
of Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.7/2023. Presently he is lodged in
judicial custody.

Perused application and say of learned APP.
4.
This Court is of the opinion that accused is not habitual
criminal. There are no criminal antecedents to his discredit. There is
nothing on record to show that on his release safety and security of
prosecution witnesses would be threatened. Accused is not flight risk.
There is nothing on record to show that on his release, accused may
indulge in similar criminal act. This Court is inclined to grant regular
bail to accused on following terms and conditions:
ORDER
1. ACB Bail Application No.159 of 2023 is allowed.
2. Applicant/accused – Suresh Naval Pawar be released on his executing
P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one
solvent surety in like sum with directions that:
(i) He shall not interfere in the investigation of the instant crime.
(ii) He shall not threaten prosecution witnesses or tamper with
prosecution evidence.
(iii) He shall not leave Bombay City without prior permission of
Investigating officer.

Investigating
Officer
during
investigation of the instant crime.
(v) He shall provide mobile number and residential proof of his
two nearest relatives.
(vi) He shall not travel to foreign country without prior
permission of the Investigating Officer.
(vii) He shall attend ACB Office for necessary inquiry on every
Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. until charge-sheet is
filed.
3. ACB Bail Application No.159 of 2023 stands disposed of accordingly.
