ORAL ORDER
1.

Head the Ld. Counsel for the accused and the Ld. A.P.P.

While opposing the bail application it is submitted by the Ld. A.P.P. that
the investigation is in progress and for that purpose the presency of the
accused is necessary for confrontation.
2.

As against this the Ld. Counsel for the accused submitted
before me that accused being the public servant is ready to coнoperate
the prosecution agency during further investigation, if any.

Considering the nature of the offence, the interest of the
prosecution can be protected by imposing some conditions upon the
accused. To me the accused is entitled for the bail. I proceed to pass
the following order :
ORDER
1.

Bail Application No.375/17 stands allowed.

2.

Applicant / accused be released on executing P.R. bond of
Rs.15,000/н and surety in the same amount.

3.

He is directed to report to Investigating Officer, Anti Corruption
Bureau, on every Monday and Thursday in the morning in
between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. till further orders.

4.

He shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

5.

He Shall not leave India without prior permission of this Court.
