ORAL ORDER
Applicant/accused Raj Lalit Agrawal, has filed present application
for time to furnish surety and till then, to be released on provisional
cash bail.

Learned PP for CBI opposed the application and submitted to pass
suitable order.

Heard both sides. Perused application.

Today, this court has released the applicant/accused on bail on his
executing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with
one or two solvent sureties in like amount, with other conditions.
However, applicant has expressed his difficulty in arranging surety by
today itself and prayed for time, which found proper. It is matter of the

fact and common knowledge that in the city of Mumbai, it is time
consuming to procure surety of Rs.50,000/-. Hence, time is required to
complete the said procedure. So also, there is no material brought on
record by the prosecution to refuse the request of applicant. Resultantly,
by keeping conditions intact as imposed in his bail application, time is
granted to applicant/accused to furnish surety. Hence, I pass following
order.
ORDER
1. Provisionally, applicant/accused Raj Lalit Agrawal is hereby permitted
to be released on cash bail on depositing cash security of Rs.50,000/(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with P. R. Bond of like amount.
2. Period of Four Weeks has been granted to the applicant/accused to
furnish surety bond, from the date of this order.
3. Accordingly, application Exh.03 stands disposed of.
