UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. We decline to interfere with the impugned order refusing to grant anticipatory bail. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed accordingly.
2. However, we grant two weeks time to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court and apply for regular bail. If regular bail application is moved, the concerned Court shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
3. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter. The right of the petitioners to apply for regular bail and right of the Investigation Officer to seek PCR are kept open.

4. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
