ORAL ORDER
1.

By the present applicant appellant original accused who is
convicted for the offence punishable U/S 392 and 342 of I.P.C prayed to
release her on previous cash bail furnished before the Ld. M. M. 62 nd |
Court, Dadar, Mumbai, for the reasons that she under taken to attend
the matter regularly and punctually during pendency of the trial and
already annexed her P.R Bond of Rs.50,000/­. Hence, prayed to allow
the application.

Per­contra the Ld. A.P.P Ms. B. G. Pande orally strongly
resisted the bail for the reasons that appellant being a convict in
accordance with the law, hence, prayed to reject the application.

After considering the rival submission, being the court has
already inclined to suspend the impugned sentence U/S 389 of Cr.P.C,
hence, I allow the application on the following conditions
ORDER
The appellant shall furnish before the Ld. Trial Court 62 nd

M. M. Court, Dadar, Mumbai and P.B & S.B Rs. 75,000/­ with one or
two solvent sureties. she shall attend the dates of the appeal regularly
as under taken.
2.

Hence, Bail Application No. 543 of 2024 is disposed of
accordingly.
