DATE: 1st OCTOBER, 2015.
ORDER
This is an application for bail filed by the accused Shiaji
2
Narayan Ghag in Crime No.58 of 2015 for the offence punishable under
section 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
2
Heard the the advocate for the accused and learned A.P.P. for
the State and the investigating officer.
3
It is contended by the accused that he has been falsely
implicated in the matter and he is nothing to do with the alleged offence.
It is pointed out by the advocate for the accused that the investigation is
almost completed. He has deep root in the society. The applicant is also
ready to coнoperate with the investigating agency.
4
The learned A.P.P.. has filed reply and opposed the application
on the ground that the accused may tamper with the prosecution evidence
and may pressurize the witnesses, as the investigation is still in progress.
5
Today, the accused has been taken in the judicial custody. The
case paper reveals that the cash has already been seized. The voice sample
of the accused has also been taken. The house search is also completed. As
far as further investigation is concerned, the presence of accused can be
secured for this purposes by putting certain conditions. I do not find any
fruitful purpose will serve by keeping the accused in judicial custody. In
this circumstances, I find it proper to release the accused on bail on
following conditions. Hence, the order:н
