Heard Ld. Adv. for the applicant / accused, Ld. APP. The
Advocate for accused contended that the accused is falsely implicated in
the offence and that his wife is pregnant and there is no other person to
look after her and also that he is permanent resident of Mumbai and
employee of MCGM and there is no possibility of the accused running
away from the justice.

The Ld. APP submitted that there is likelihood of the
accused tampering with the witness and hence B.A. be rejected.
3.

The investigation so far as it requires the physical custody
of the accused is over. His voices samples has been obtained. Hence the
physical custody of the accused is not required for further investigation.
Likewise he is required to look after his pregnant wife. In this condition

the accused can be enlarged on Bail by putting conditions.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass order on following terms:
ORDER
In the circumstances B.A. is allowed. Accused Liladhar Mahadev
Keluskar be released on executing P.B. and S. B. of Rs. 15,000 each with
one surety in the like amount and with condition to remain present
before the I.O. on every Tuesday between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till
filing charge sheet. The accused not to tamper prosecution witness in
any manner neither leave India without prior permission of this court.
B.A. 589/17 disposed off.
