2
Heard the the advocate for the accused and learned A.P.P. for
the State and the investigating officer. Perused papers.
3
It is contended by the accused that he has been falsely
implicated in the matter. The house search of the accused was taken, but
nothing incriminating was found. It is pointed out by the advocate for the
accused that the investigation is almost completed. He has permanent
abode in Mumbai. The applicant is also ready to coнoperate with the
investigating agency. Hence, this application.
4
The learned A.P.P.. has filed reply and opposed the application
on the ground that the accused may tamper with the prosecution evidence
and may pressurize the witnesses, as the investigation is still in progress.
5
Today, the accused has been taken in the judicial custody. The
case paper reveals that the cash has already been seized. The house search
is over and voice sample of the accused has also been taken. As far as
further investigation is concerned, the presence of accused can be secured
for this purposes by putting certain conditions. In this circumstances, I
find it proper to release the accused on bail on following conditions.
Hence, the order:н
