This is an application filed by accused to release him on
The applicant/accused is arrested u/s.7 of the Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988. He was sent in police custody. As accused is
taken in M.C.R. today, the present application is filed for bail.

I have called say of ld. APP. It is submitted that the accused
is involved in serious offence while accepting the bribe amount and if
he is released on bail, he will influence the witness.

I have heard the Investigating Officer and ld. Advocate for
the accused.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant/accused submitted that
investigation is over and nothing is remained to be investigated. Hence,
it is submitted that the applicant be released on bail.

Hence, considering all the facts and circumstances, the
applicant/accused can be released on bail upon imposing following
conditions:н
ORDER
1.
Application is allowed.
2.
Accused be released on P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/н.
3.
Accused is directed to mark his presence before CBI, once in a
week i.e. on every Friday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. until further
order.
4.
Accused is directed not to tamper the prosecution witnesses and
evidence.
5.
Accused is entitled to deposit cash bail of Rs.15,000/нtoday.
6.
Three weeks time granted to furnish the surety.
Office is directed to accept the cash bail of Rs.15,000/н after
office hours.
