Since the substantive sentence passed against the accused
is ordered to be suspended by a separate order, the accused be released
on P. B. and S. B. of Rs. 25,000/­ to be furnished within two weeks
considering that the accused has remained out of reach for about 2
years and he is not from Maharashtra.

Accused is at liberty to furnish bail before this Court or
before the learned trial Court.
4]
Provisional cash bail in the like sum is allowed. The cash
bail shall stand forfeited without any separate order to that effect if the
accused fails to furnish surety within 4 weeks from the date of release.
