contending that on 03/05/2018 Honourable High Court admitted the
appeal filed by prosecution and action under Section 390 of Cr.P.C.
have been taken against applicant.
The order of Honourable High
Court in Criminal Application No. 37/2018 dated 03/05/2018 is
annexed which is as under :

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Leave granted.

Appeal be numbered.

Appeal admitted.

Action against Respondent under Section 390
of the Cr.P.C. The procedure for bail be completed
before the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to
release the respondent on bail on his furnishing PR
bond of Rs.25,000/ with one or two solvent local
sureties in the like amount.

mentioned above, I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1.
Accused/applicant Lahu Laxman Pokharkar is released on
bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/ with one or two solvent local
sureties in like amount.
2.
Provisional cash bail accepted in lieu of surety for 4 weeks.
3.
B.A.No. 40/2019 is disposed off accordingly.
