The applicant/accused Arjun Nana Pawar and Mrunalini
Arjun Pawar claims bail in C.R. No. I­156/2022 for the offences
punishable under Sections 306, 498­A, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian
Penal Code registered with Wani Police Station.

Heard Learned Advocate Shri S.R.Pagar, for the applicants
and learned A.P.P. Smt. Jadhav for the State.

IO is also present.

Perused the papers of investigation.

It is the case of the prosecution that the applicants
alongwith co­accused have harassed the deceased to such an extent
that she was left with no other option but to commit suicide and
accordingly, accused­applicants abated the commission of suicide by the
deceased.

On perusal of record, it reveals that the incident of hanging
i.e. attempt to commit suicide, occurred on 30.06.2022. There are no
specific allegations against the applicants. Deceased was admitted in
hospital and during the treatment, she is expired.

It is submitted by
the ld. Advocate for the applicant that being in­laws, they have
admitted the deceased in hospital and have taken all the precaution to
provide her treatment. Report is lodged after due delay of near about 7

days. Report is hear­say in nature.

Howsoever it may be, record reflects that the applicants
were arrested on 09.07.2022.

Now, there is no any recovery and
discovery as such remains from the applicants.

According to ld.

Advocate for the applicants, the applicants have no criminal
antecedents. They are aged persons. They have grandson of only one
year old and nobody is there to take care of him. They are local resident
and is ready to abide any conditions on grant of bail.

Considering all
these aspects, this Court is of the view that applicants can be released
on bail by imposing certain conditions. Hence the order.

Applicants­Accused Arjun Nana Pawar and
Mrunalini Arjun Pawar arrested in C.R. No.
I­156/2022 for the offences punishable under
Sections 306, 498­A, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the I.P.C.
registered with Wani Police Station, Wani be
released on bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/­(Rupees
Fifteen Thousand only) each with a surety in the
like amount subject to following conditions :­
a] That they shall not tamper with the prosecution
evidence in any manner.
b] Applicants are directed to furnish
permanent address proof, mobile number.
