ORDER
Perused the application and Say (Exh. 02) filed by the
prosecution. This accused was released on bail vide order dated
03.03.2021 in Criminal Bail Application No. 311 of 2021. The
Charge-sheet is filed which is registered as CC No. 1243/PW/2022.
However, the accused remained absent on the dates before the Court.
NBW was issued against her and she was produced before the Learned
Metropolitan Magistrate, Mazgaon on 26.02.2024. The accused was
then remanded to judicial custody till 11.03.2024. Hence, this
application is preferred.

As per the accused, she undertakes to remain present on
the given dates before the Trial Court. She further submits that she
belongs to well to do family and has permanent residence. The accused
is having a family to look after and she undertakes to abide with terms
and conditions of bail, if imposed on her. Taking into consideration the
nature of offence and the fact that accused is young lady having a
family to look after, she is entitled to be released on bail by imposing
stringent conditions. Hence, I proceed to pass following order :ORDER
1.

The Criminal Bail Application No. 591 of 2024 is
hereby allowed.
2.

The accused Tanya Yogendra Sharma be released in
Crime No. 18 of 2021 registered with DCB, CID, CIU Unit
for the offence punishable u/s. 370 (3) read with Section
34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 04 and 05 of
Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, on executing PR Bond of
Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with one or two
sureties of like amount on the following conditions a.

The accused shall remain present before the
Court on each and every date, without fail.
b.

The Accused is further directed not to tamper
with the prosecution evidence or witnesses.
c.

The accused shall not leave jurisdiction of
Maharashtra State.

d.

The breach of any condition will amount to
cancellation of bail forthwith.
