ORAL ORDER
1.

By the present application all the three appellants prayed to
release them on bail as they are convicted by the Ld. 49 Th Metropolitan
Magistrate Court Vikhroli, Mumbai in in C.C.No.1000/PW/2017.

By hand written reply, Ld. A.P.P strongly resisted the
application for reasons if the appellants are released on bail, they may
delay the hearing of the appeal and may abscond.

However, after hearing the rival parties, I am inclined to
release all the three accused on regular bail.

Hence, I proceed to pass the following order
ORDER
1.

The Criminal Bail Application No. 592 of 2024 is allowed.

Appellant/original accused No. 1 to 3 be released on P.B. and S.B of
Rs.20,000/­ each.
2.

They shall attend the dates of the appeal regularly without
any default and shall inform well in advance their absence for the
genuine reason.
3.

The Criminal Bail Application No. 592 of 2024 is disposed
of accordingly.
4.

The next date in appeal would be for hearing on 09 th
December, 2024.
