Heard Ld. Adv. for the applicant / accused, Ld. APP. The
Advocate for accused contended that the accused is falsely implicated in
the offence and he is permanent resident of Mumbai and there is no
possibility of the accused running away from the justice.

The Ld. APP submitted that there is likelihood of the
accused tampering with the witness and hence B.A. be rejected.
3.

The investigation so far as it requires the physical custody
of the accused is over. The application for PCR has been rejected today.
In this condition the accused can be enlarged on Bail by putting
conditions.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass order on following terms:

ORDER
In the circumstances B.A. is allowed. Accused Pradeep Ramchandra
Tavare be released on executing P.B. and S. B. of Rs. 15,000 each with
one surety in the like amount and with condition that the accused not to
tamper prosecution witness in any manner neither leave India without
prior permission of this court. The accused to remain present before the
I.O. on every Monday at his office between 10.00am to 1.00pm till
charge­sheet is filed. B.A. disposed off. At the stage another Advocate
for accused Mr. Jambaulikar prayed for cash bail till next date since he
could not produce his sureties today. In the circumstance the accused be
released on furnishing cash bail of Rs.15,000/­ and P.B. of like amount,
till next date. The Registrar to accept the amount of cash bail from
accused after Treasury hours and Office hours.
